Treatment is usually given as a course of individual sessions of approximately 1-1.5 hours each. All treatment is on an individual basis to assure that full attention can be given to an individual's need. Five sessions are usually sufficient for individuals to be trained in the Buteyko method and to achieve relief of symptoms, although additional sessions are provided if required. Most individuals suffering from the consequences of hyperventilation are desperate to relieve the frightening symptoms and with the Buteyko method you can be assured that this will be the case. Courses of individual tuition can be arranged during the day, after school or in early evening, Monday to Saturday, subject to availability, and courses will be tailored to suit each individual.
